The assessment decides
Structural work, restricted access, suspected asbestos or damp, anything behind a wall the camera cannot see. When the model hits one, it raises the flag itself rather than quietly guessing a number.
With a stored reason
Every site-visit call is saved on the job with the reason that triggered it. It is an auditable field, not a hunch, so you can show a customer exactly why you need twenty minutes on site.
You always have the last word
Know the property already? Send the quote anyway. Not happy with a high-confidence line? Book the visit. The flag informs your decision, it does not make it for you.
